What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the art of distracting your mind from entering a stressed or anxious state. Anyone who has ever felt anxious will understand the near constancy of such a feeling, and how it can take over your life.

Mindfulness is anything that occupies your attention, and gets your brain thinking about something positive. It could be anything from colouring and listening to music, to reading a short story or playing with your pets.

There is no right or wrong choice, mindfulness is all about taking your mind on a personal journey. Our goal is to open your eyes to some of the possibilities that are out there, so that you can tread your own path to happiness and contentment.
